Required product/features

Using ultra-light nylon or fiber, the fabric can be as fine as 10D, with a minimum basis weight of just 25 g/m². By employing various weaving techniques, we produce plain weave, twill, satin, check, and small jacquard fabrics, offering a range of hand‑feel options. Additionally, we can tailor our products to meet diverse requirements, providing the following:

• Wrinkle-resistant, anti-wrinkle, and easy to care for

• UV protection UPF 50+, UVA transmission <5%

• Double stretch, four-way stretch, etc.

• Single-layer: <40 g/m²; double-layer: <60 g/m²; triple-layer: <90 g/m²—ultralight softshell and rainwear series.

Main applications:

It is currently widely used in ultra-light down jackets, lightweight outdoor gear, and pocket-sized apparel.
